School Administrator Info

Thank you for your interest in having your school attend this year’s TechOlympics!

Schools that are new to TechOlympics need to register with the INTERalliance of Greater Cincinnati before students will be able to sign up for the event online. Please contact Heather Ackels, INTERalliance Executive Director, at [email protected] to enroll your school. Once complete, a site administrator will add your school name to the TechOlympics online registration system.

School Coaches

All schools must provide one adult faculty or staff member onsite at the Great American Ball Park per 25 students attending. The school’s Head Coach should be designated by the principal to serve as the formal representative of the school. The Head Coach and any Assistant Coaches should also be introduced to all students as the official representatives of the school administration. The Head Coach will stay overnight at the hotel on Friday night and Saturday night in a room provided by the INTERalliance. Meals for the Head Coach will also be provided. The Head Coach will be responsible for the safety, behavior, well-being, and communication to all students from the school during the conference.
